Custom In-Ear Monitors:

- Returns accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- A non-refundable, 15% customization fee will be applied to the entire custom in-ear monitors order, including shipping, taxes and custom fees on the original invoice.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.

 

Universal Fit Monitors:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- A non-refundable, 15% customization fee will be applied to the entire universal fit in-ear monitors order, including shipping, taxes and custom fees on the original invoice.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.

 

Accessories:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The item must be unopened and returned in its original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the accessory minus shipping costs associated with returning the product(s) back to In Ears Canada.

- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product(s) is within warranty 
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
